During his time working as a corporate consultant, Mark sat for the Certified Management Accountant exams and became a Certified Management Accounting in December 2015. Although the work was fulfilling, Mark realized that his true calling was helping individuals and small businesses realize their goals and dreams.

After leaving corporate consulting in late 2016, Mark worked for a couple of small tax and accounting firms based out of Sherman Oaks, obtaining his life & health license along the way. In order to expand his knowledge in all matters related to taxation, Mark decided to become a Certified Registered Tax Preparer in 2017. In January 2021, Mark widened his business knowledge by earning his FINRA Series 6 & 63 securities licenses to help clients with their financial service-related needs. Mark’s specialty lies in educating clients on their specific tax and business matters while being their advocate in front of the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board. He has since become the foremost expert in non-profit organizations, business entity setup and tax resolution issues.

When Mark is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, reading and playing billiards.
